A mural on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the merger of Bielsko and Biała, in the heart of a two-city, next to the Town Hall. It shows a personified Biała River, which is embraced by two figures symbolizing Bielsko and Biała. They are accompanied by elements from the heraldry of both cities – lilies and roses. The composition emphasizes the importance of the river, which is the source of life, around which two settlements and later cities were established. The river, which used to be the border between cities and countries, and today intertwined with bridges, becomes an element connecting different cultures, histories and traditions.
